We've got one in "Land and Economy" about an issue that has plagued many of us for months -- they don't work.

Except...at least some do now, because I had mine in one for weeks, and it did work.
Now it was completely removed.

What the bug was before was that you'd submit it, and within 3 minutes, it would disappear. That's NOT the bug affecting at least some of them now, at least it has worked for 2-3 weeks.

So to give this FOURTH thread something new to say, could we ask?

1. Does anybody, especially newbies, click on these ads, and do you use the landmarks in them?
2. Does anybody get sales from these ads?

I would say: yes to both questions.

I would concur, and say 'yes' to both options. I think they are a valued means of advertising.

I'd say yes, but not a lot because people generally fly away from THs when they appear. They're nice in that they're free and in high-traffic areas.

Hey can anyone start *another* thread about the TH advertisers? I don't think we have enough yet.

I've never used them, or even glanced at them that I remember. Not even when I was a newbie.

Hubs do not factor into my world hardly at all, let alone the ads and the avatar traps erected next to them.
