Frankly, I've heard enough of the Feted Inner Core (FIC). I'd like to propose a new entity called the Feted Outer Core (FOC). Anyone joining will have officer status in the FOC Group, i.e., FOC O. We will offer membership to all current FIC members whoever they are, with the group member title of FOC U, where U stands for .......

Is SL up yet?
