The spaceships in Chaos.

Anyone who needs a fly-high rod, so you can fly up to these secret locations, contact me when I'm online. Or come to (Gar 215, 145) and get it from the plain wood prim box for $1L.

When 2.0 comes out and render distance increases dramiatically, will we all regret building all this "junk in the sky"?

Just a question. I'm as guilty as anyone :p

I personally love the stuff that goes on for miles above Gray Field's Kazenojin mooring tower

Please send landmarks or notecards with coords to me. I'm starting a club specifically to check all of this out. I've seen the Defiant build above the Sci-Fi museum. But lately I've been too busy working on actual projects to recruit and wander around.

Anyone interested in joing the Skylunkers (because it's 'clever', idunno) will get some custom flight gear, and a few tools to help explore with. :D

Now to just get a phantomAV solution I can pass around.

I'll send you one when I get back from from work. I'm still working on the toolkit for it. Having trouble with the Link script. But I did manage to make a no-frills wall penetrator :D

I checked back the treehouse is no longer there. to bad.

Some other good ones are in SeaCliff, they cannot be reached without somekind of flight assist like a jetpack or carbon rod.

Does anyone make an altimeter to measure how high we are flying?

There is a cool house in the air above or near Abbott's Field. One of the best examples of modern architecture i have seen in SL.

I take it you'll ask owners before publishing coords and sending droves of people their way? Some people build at height for a good reason.

I personally am not too interested in seeing personal residences, i have seen enough pose balls, i don't need to admire another collection. :)

I am posting only builds that are interesting in design, and generally that I think the owner would not mind others admiring thier work.
As in understand it, you are not trespassing in SL unless it is posted, has a watch dog, or the owner asks you to leave. But i agree one should make sure they are not intruding if the build is occupied.

Here are a few more specifics on locations:

'Dr Tapioca's place' excellent architectural design at Abbotts 249, 222, not far above aerodrome.

Spaceships Chaos 85 126 546
Also hidden underground chambers below redneck trailer park in Chaos

PrimReeper ship above Purple
