Does the FIC realy exist?

Sure it does. I beleive the FIC is those players who's names are plastered on a lovely poster I have sitting right on my desk in the same mailer tube it came in . :)

Does the FIC get any special treatment?

Yes and no.

Yes: We were all here in the begining and built what we did, we helped each other and admired each others work. I treat those ppl with great respect for their contribution to SL and the fricken funny stuff we created LOL.

No: We don't have Philip calling us on a weekly basis asking what LL can do for us.

All are names are on a nifty t shirt too :D

I would hope that being in SL so long we would get a few perks but thats my opinion. I give it for many reasons, but mainly loyality to a company we believe in.

I don't know who realy coined the phrase "FIC" but right now its a big old joke with us older folks. Lable us old timers if you must but realy I think the majority of us just want to help create a realy rich 3d enviroment.

/steps off soap box

Peace y'all ;)

Uh.... can someone explain to this non-FIC, completely on the outside, knows-no-one, outcast what you people are talking about?

Poster?
shirt?
FIC good?
FIC bad?
FIC exists?
It doesn't?

Wa?

Is this the poster for the FIC... I mean Aimee, awards you are talking about?

:)

if you want a list of who is in the FIC just look in the about box (found in the help menu in the client.)

These are the FIC who earned thier status by hard work.

Then there are the grandfathered FIC, who have been here so long it's natural for them to be counted ^^ (consequently don't need to be listed)
