Republicans and Democrats agreeing on something. Worth a call to your Senator or Representative if you support it.

I personally don't want the FEC regulating the Internet jus because Congress never specifically mentioned it. This bill takes care of that.

This will continue to allow crucial commentary from both sides. People may not agree on other issues, but the Internet provides an unprecedented arena for people from both sides of the aisle to "have at it" and that is good for democracy.

I couldn't help noticing the author's cleverly embedded slight against judges, which is the current Republican cool kid thing to do, but the bill looks pretty good. Now if we can put an equally tight leash on the out of control FCC we might actually have something here.
