Beautiful neighborhood, great neighbors, and smack dab in the center of a new and growing community. House and land are for sale. House is a loft design complete with floating divider wall and beehive fireplace, Land located right next to the new Amphitheater. I am asking $900for the house and that includes all the custom textures. I will release the land to the buyer. The Land is valued at $960 and that is all I am asking.
