That really doesnt tell anyone what the problem is. Is it crashing during the precache? the inventory load? can you get into the login screen at all? There are countless places where it can hang up. more information would be needed. Also what times are you logging in? do you try more than once? if it hangs for more than a second or two do you quit out or wait and see? I've had long log in's - usually because I eager beaver it trying to get on at 4:00 exactly (along with everyone else), or I'm logging into a sim that has a major event going and the lag is kicking butt. Give more info - and maybe the Lindens can get you back into the thick of the fight

Let's try to figure out what's up. First, check out the Knowledge Base under "Service & Support" and see if any of those help you out. If not, start a thread under "Technical Issues" with some of the info Jaxiam Slate suggests. Someone will come to your rescue!
