I have several parcels that equal 3808 sq. meters Im going to put up for sale, I see how much land is going for, but I also have a great club on the land, and have now idea how much to ask for in total. Any suggestions? The parcels are all in the same sim.

Give more information please - re: sim rating, size of the club, what type events at the club, etc. Current dwell, etc.
