Dont think this has been asked. The game is going live so are we all going to have at least 3500 in our banks Tuesday?
If someone buys the game friday they would be starting with that.

We've got no plans to boost people's balances as part of the launch. Speaking personally I'd only feel comfortable doing that if we were doing a complete server wipe, which we're certainly not about to do.
