Sorry. I am a newb.

Here's my question: If someone has land that allows me to build/spawn items, will they remain there indefinitely until removed by the owner?

For instance, if I set up a shop of some sort somewhere, would it stay there?

Thanks

If the owner of the land has not set the land to autoreturn, then your items will remain until the owner deletes them. If autoreturn is enabled, the items will automatically be deleted after a specific interval of time (chosen by the land owner) has passed.

However, please note that it is EXTREMELY rude to leave items strewn upon someone else's land without their permission. You should never just walk about rezzing shops on land you don't own if you haven't spoken with the owner first.

Hey, glad to see your question was answered quickly.

For quick questions like this, you can ask in world to Live Help - or if you see a mentor you can ask them directly. Welcome to SL!

(and thank you for asking first ... I know I'd freak if someone were to rez stuff for sale on my land without asking)
