I think they have had bigger problems than a bit of dwell in the last couple of days, don't you! You'll get it, they always rectify it.

Getting dwell or not affects a lot of the choices people make about owning land, hosting events, etc.
It's maybe not issue number one, but it's a valid concern and one that would be nice to have answered.

Actually with the revised TOS I don't have any confidence that there will be any dwell compensation as "continuos service is not guaranteed".. Based on the new TOS, anything you get as recompense is gratis - not something you can or should expect from LL.
Relevant legalese is in :
7. INTERRUPTION OF OR CHANGES TO SERVICE
7.2 Interruption. Linden reserves the right to interrupt the Service with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason. You agree that Linden will not be liable for any interruption of the Service, delay or failure to perform, and understand that you shall not be entitled to any refunds of fees for interruption of service or failure to perform.
