I do not have an online partner. But when I did have anything resembling one, I didn't trust them with nearly as much as RL partner. But that is more along the lines of who I would borrow money to or things like that. As to who I will tell info to...well I'm an open book *shrug*

Before we met I trust her but only in a 'partner' way after talking on the phone and hanging out on webcam after meeting in another game. It's been hell for her ever since. LOL _____________________

Of course I trust my partner. Completely! I would not have accepted her proposal if I did not. It's a worn cliche, but ... this aint no game to me!
Do I trust her, to be "the same as her AV"? No! Why should I? And why should it matter? We both know that there are differences between our AVs and our physical bodies. And we both know that what we tell about our RL lifes may be "filtered". maybe more maybe less ... so, WTF? We met here in our Second Life and fell in love here. Our minds met, our souls and every new meeting is wonderfull. Our physical bodies might never meet in RL. I admit that sometimes the wish, the urge to extend the relationship towards RL is there. But ... that does not have to be, to be beautiful and something very important for my life and my happiness. It is a different kind of relationship that I would have with a person in RL. "Different", not "less" or "less important"! |
