This is the greatest beta I've ever been a part of, and I'm quite sad I'm leaving.

If I get a job soon I guarantee I will be back!

it was fun while it lasted, but now that it doesn't matter, i can rant all i want and complain to no end.
i say it was fun--yes, fun making stuff. but personally, i do not, nor have i ever liked chat rooms, so if i never talked to anyone that's just me. SL is a chat room with graphics, graphics which i like, chatting which i...eh...yeah.
i loved the stuff i made and worked damn hard on it. i guess that should be satisfaction enough, but it pisses me the f*** off that i never got any credit for anything. contests? no...i always lost to people who were simply more popular than myself--i mean, hell...this rating of avatars stuff is all based on whether you like someone--not if they really do have a good appearance (refer to the leaders board *cough*cough*) if wearing crappy teenybop "i am so gothic" slut clothing gets you mega points, well, no i would not have compromised my integrity for that...but anyhow, i mean...one contest i even lost to someone who was very obnoxious, not to mention their costume had no basis in the character they were trying to portray--now disagree with me all you want, but that's just plain stupid and unfair. yet again, a populairy contest.
Dave Zeeman? i don't know you, but come on....he beat me at the last avatar of the week competition of my life, on my friggin birthday of all days, because he was wearing a plain and simple black suit....WTF? oh wait--no surpirse...it's a popularity contest.
and talk about holding a grudge? why is Feniks Stone the most popular person here? i personally don't like...uh..."it".
i participated in an early trivia event of "it's" and got a question correct, and it never acknowledged that fact or replied to me and that was just plain rude. so, behavior rating? rude does not give pints in my book and i never forgot that one. Feniks, reading poorly translated song lyrics on the internet does not make you right. if you're going to judge a contest, judge it correctly and fairly, and jeesuz give the participants friggin acknowledgement!!
okay, i am done i suppose. i just wanted to vent on my dislike of popularity contests...this should not be high school where the in-crowd were always the bad guys.
