As far as uploading pictures to be used for clothing or decoration, I understand we are not supposed to upload things like movie posters... I get why but who is going to monitor this? What are the penalties? and how strickly will this be enforced?

That's what I wanna know, since I uploaded a copyrighted picture from gamespot.com. Phillip saw it, and said nothing.
So I guess it's cool.


But, it was only a picture of Grand Theft Auto: Vice city. :D

that gamespot will be the ones that enforce the rule...in the example of the vice city pick. when they demo this next time, and see it, they will hunt you down with swarms of game-loving lawyers... well maybe not - but thats the idea
