I'm at the Welcome Center and everyone here says they are happy! Oh yeah!! I had to wait a full 3 minutes at login - so patience helps!

Merwan, GREAT NEWS! Check out the Live Help kiosks which are currently in beta at the welcome area in the "NEED HELP" (formerly sponsored links) area. We gathered all the live help notecards various helpers had written, and had the lovely and talented Surreal Farber get them all into a well-written common form. We then added keywords to each and I wrote a script to make them searchable. It still needs work, I know there's a bug or two, but I'm hoping they work well enough there that it helps out.
