I was working on my place in freelon last night and a very large object passed by going north. I was the only one on that sim at the time. I didn't see what it was exactly but I saw it on my map, no avatar just a big struture moving at high speed. Anyone know what it was?

I woke up this morning with odd patterns along my shoulders and waist. Neighbors reported that a bright light had been seen over my house in Natoma for several minutes before suddenly disappearing. Corraborating reports of a large strange unidentified flying object with no known origin or destination have been trickling in.
Sure, Lindenlabs talks about vertex shaders at the shoulder and leg joints and points the finger at nVidia. However, based on the additional information found on the boards, this is clearly a fabrication to hide in-game alien abductions. Ope Rand, I'm looking at you.

During last night's April Fools game, I lost a boat. It looks more like a large brown flat cylinder with little cannons on it. A boat script caused it to float into the ground, and I lost site of it just before the Rizal server crash last night. If you spot it, please delete it. I also lost a little red spaceship thing . It was moving too fast for me to catch. Scripts can be dangerous.  |

I knew I wasn't hallucinating this time... Well then I plan on boarding up my windows and baring my doors, no alien is taking me. While I am at it I guess I should put a roof on my house.

If it's still actually in-game and underground, you could probably find it pretty easily by going to your Debug menu, look in the Rendering area (don't remember exact menu names, sorry), and look for where you can enable/disable different rendering types. Turn off ground / surface patch.
