Skee's Fountain: It says Created By Tcoz for a reason

To set the record straight.

Skeedalee Skidoo and I collaborated on a fountain project a while back. We agreed to split all funds. I gave her rights to stuff that I built on her land by joining a group she created. She promised that she would never give any of my scripts away. I decided to trust her completely...almost. A lot of the stuff I gave her to sell I marked no modify.

Well, not only did I catch her giving away my scripts and lying about it, but since I gave her a no modify version of the fountain to sell, and she knows I'll never give her the original (which I have deleted), she is now telling people that I "stole create" (which is impossible, she owns the object). As I understand it, she even cried to the Lindens. I got two tells yesterday about it.

Furthermore, I never got a dime of our agreed contract, but never brought it up. If she wants to be that way, so be it. Maybe she'll do some good with the money. But when she goes around slandering, well, enough.

Many of you know me. I'm not the nicest guy but I do help when I can and I don't think anybody in the game would call me a thief or liar.

Well, maybe one person. Judge for yourself the next time you hand out those ratings.

Can't we all just get along? lol Not picking on anyone but this is a game right? I've noticed the last few days so much "he said she said" crap its ridiculous. I guess its going to happen because we are thinking, feeling human beings behind these avs, but still I think we carry things a little too far sometimes. Am I the only person that just wants to try and enjoy the game? I have been in the middle of 3 fights in the last week and I'm like wow this is nuts. I've met alot of cool people in this game..ran across very few jerks. I can't say much I know because I'm not as creative as alot of you in SL. Grant it I have the ideas..just not the knowledege that alot of you have to use them. I understand being ticked when someone actually steals something you did or sells it without permission, etc. I just think things get a bit dramatic sometimes. Anyways, not stepping on you but I just wanted to say that.

I know skee and she is a good person i dont know you much but i have heard you are a good person as well. Point blank, two good people with one misunderstandment. Instead of turning into a full blow arguement and dragging others into it (although technically you're not draggin it, and technically you are for posting this) why dont you two just sit down over a cup of coffee or...sprite remix(hehehe advertisement..its very good go try it) and talk about it like decent human beings.. and if stuff doesnt work out.. THEN...you can turn it into a full blown arguement.,..im refereeing!!!

Excuse me, but before you all go on, I did let it go, which meant passing up a lot of money and not making a big deal out of our agreements. I never told anybody about this.

I didn't get miffed until I found out that people were being told that I was a thief, including Lindens. I did a lot for this person, spent hours working on things and helping her with the game, and got repaid by being totally lied to, having my stuff given out, and then weeks later having to hear from game admins that there were reports from this person that I was stealing...so she could make more money off something she is supposed to be paying me half of. This is your "good person".

Let's remember who did what here.

Tcoz I saw your name on the fountain as the creator I know what is what. Your a very talented scriptor as everyone either knows, or should know. I put my self on the line for what I believe is right and in this case; I can honestly say I believe you have been wronged. Believe nothing except what you know to be true. Trust those around you until they prove un trustworthy. Do not talk behind the backs of others as you only look foolish, and fait will take care of the rest.

Skee never did a thing to me, she never told me a lie about you she never hinted at a rumor to me. She has been helpful in the past and for that I appreciate her.

If an agreement was broken that is one thing but going to the Lindens I think that was wrong.

Never let hate or feelings of betrail waste away at your god given talent or "they" will win.

Skee's place is da bomb and I like her alot, but it upsets me to hear this. I went over there a few days ago to find that she had talked one of my friends into giving her an item that I had made, which she then remodeled to her own, leaving my script and sound files in it, and started selling. In this instance, I don't care too much so I guess no harm, no foul, but it would have been really nice to have been asked first.

I guess you just gotta be very careful whose hands you put your property into...
