"Community Team Roundtable with Residents"

The Linden Lab Community Team consists of Robin, Jeska, Jesse, Blue, and Pathfinder. Together, we focus on improving the integration of new Residents into Second Life, expanding communication and feedback loops, supporting the growth of the teen grid, and developing culture and education within Second Life.
Each member of the Community Team spends a great deal of time in-world individually. However, we want to have a regular time each month when all 5 of us are in-world simultaneously, making ourselves available to any Residents interested in meeting the entire Team all at once!
Therefore, we will be hosting an in-world *Community Team Roundtable with Residents* each month with all 5 Community Team members in attendance.
We are rotating the time each month to better accommodate Residents living in different timezones around the world.
We primarily want to make ourselves available to everyone as a Team, answering questions regarding Community issues in Second Life, discussing ideas Residents may have to help improve communication and feedback, or just meeting new Residents who'd like to stop by and chat!
We've also created an automated mailing list that anyone can subscribe to, and all 5 members of the Linden Lab Community Team are already subscribed to it (Robin, Jeska, Jesse, Blue, and Pathfinder.) We'll be using this mailing list to remind people of our monthly in-world meeting as well as to send out a public chat transcript from every meeting.
Anyone on this list can send email to all the members of the list, and we hope Residents will use this a way to not only share ideas with our Community Team but to also have community-related discussions as a group.
In the interest of maintaining maximum privacy for everyone, the email addresses of all Residents posting to the mailing list are anonymized EXCEPT those posted by members of the Community Team (Robin, Jeska, Jesse, Blue, and Pathfinder).

GUIDELINES: MAILING LIST
1) The Community Team will follow the mailing list for potential topics of discussion during the in-world Roundtable and will
occasionally post to the list to join the conversation.
2) The same general Guidelines that apply to behavior on the forums apply to the mailing list. (/invalid_link.html)
3) Please keep your comments and questions focused on Community issues in Second Life.
4) Anyone who does not respect guidelines #2 and #3 will be warned once. If they ignore the warning, they will be removed from the mailing list.
GUIDELINES: IN-WORLD ROUNDTABLE MEETINGS
1) We will spend the first 30 minutes of each Roundtable discussing selected topics that were raised on the mailing list.
2) We will spend the second 30 minutes of each Roundtable opening up the floor for additional topic discussions.
3) To keep things focused, Pathfinder will moderate the Roundtable. When a Resident "has the floor," everyone must remain quiet until the topic is open for comments.
4) Anyone who does not respect guideline #3 will be warned once. If they ignore the warning, they will be removed from the in-world meeting.
