This morning, 1st of Feb 2003, the crew of the shuttle Columbia was returning from a 16 day mission. At around 8am CST, Huston Ground Control and Cape Canaveral Florida lost all form of communication and data from the shuttle Columbia. 16 minutes after the hour it was confirmed, the shuttle and it's crew of 7, did not return safely to Earth...



Let us hope, they returned home.
