How the heck does this person manage to post anonymously, anyway. Isn't being logged in, and therefore having a valid account a requirement to post in the forums?
LB reminds me of Tom Hanks's character in Ladykillers. I had to look up what "chortles" means, lol.

Heh, Ferran, I wish! That person has such a wonderful mastery of the english language that he or she can only be a brit.
I loved the bit about the "magnum" of champagne... it took some googling to figure out what the heck a magnum was, and I found out that there's all sorts of different champagne bottle sizes and names!
List of bottle sizes:
* quarter bottle (aka. split or piccolo bottle) (18.75 or 20 cl)
mainly used by airlines and nightclubs.

How is it anonymous? The created an account with the last name "Baron" and the first as "Land." It is a ten dollar joke. The account is entirely valid.
