Well... so it seems.
I sold IGE 100K a month an a half ago. I chose the 'send corporate check' option because I have an unverified paypal account (they dicked me over once, I dont use them unless I have no other choice).
2 weeks went by and the check never came. I emailed them on the 14th day. They instructed me to wait a few more days and if it still hadnt arrived to contact them and they would reissue a check. Few more days, still no check. I called them and talked to a representative. We arranged it so they would paypal my payment to my roomates PP account since it had already been so long and I wanted my money.
Another week passed. Not a single word from IGE. Nothing deposited into the PP account. I call them up again. I was told that they couldnt do anything untill the payment department opened for the day. they told me to call back in 4 hours when it would open and said they would note it on my account. I waited 5 hours and called. The gentleman informed me that they could do nothing. There was no one I could talk to about it. Nothing can be changed. The only option I had was to send another email to payments@ige.com.
I emailed them. I have been emailing them every day since. They will not respond. Seems they made off with a nice chunk of change...
What can I do? Has anyone else had soemthing like this happen to them?

Sorry that happened Enix. I have always used GOM (for a year about) and I have never had an issue with them ever.

I've had some problems with IGE being slow, but not with them actually paying me. I think the best bet is to use that live help.

Wow. More bad news from a user of IGE. I have no experience with IGE, but the frequency of these posts is concerning.

Hey all. Thanx for the replies.
At least now I know that this should sort itself out...eventually =/ How on earth do they run a company so haphazardly? Every time I call I get a different response. The only thing they have in common is the last part of the correspondance always says "send an email to XXX department". Constantly being passed on.
Lesson learned. I had full intention of using GOM but IGE had a better price posted. It was only 6 bucks more. Definatley not worth all this mess.
Thanx again! Ill report back if something ever happens.

Yeah IGE is sketchy as hell... even if they have better prices they aren't worth the trouble. I highly recommend GOM instead.

I imagine IGE is starting to sweat in light of Blizzard's scare tactics (they are apparantly very quick on the permaban trigger for WoW violations) coupled with Sony's Station Exchange(currency/item trading for EQ2 directly via Sony - guess they figured if ya can't beat 'em, take all their business).

Agreed - there's definetely been an increase in the frequency of complaints recently; there was a similar post made on SLblogger a day or two ago: 'I hate IGE'. Interesting to see how this pans out; and I hope everyone gets their money from them, eventually. -Adam
