Please help!! I have Windows ME and it isnt letting me install the game! Does anyone else out there have Windows ME? If you do, please tell me what you did!

I was using ME for a while. Then it stopped working all together. Now it won't connect to the servers at all. Luckily, I had already gone out and purchased a new computer for Second Life (man, this is costing me serious bucks!)
So, I suspect it may not be worthwhile to get it installed. I doubt it'll behave much better AFTER the installation.
But, of course, your mileage may vary ;-)

I did have 2 pc's the older on ewas having bunch of issues
the biggest is the graphics card. GO to the tech forum and read some of those. I have in stalled xp upgrade and it is much better

Well when I click the icon to get into the game, it says I need True Color 14 bit. I change it to that and the colors on the screen make it almost impossible to see anything. It takes me to a page where there are downloads for graphoc cards. What do I do now?

That sounds like a graphics issue to me. What graphics card do you have in your computer. If we know that we can probly help you furthur.

Thats the thing, I dont know which graphics card to download from this site. I have 2 comp. One is Windows ME and the other is Windows 98. I have no clue how to install them and play.
