The Terms of Service for SLExchange.com has been altered a second time.
I have had no involvement in either of these alterations to this web site's Terms of Service agreement. I was not given any notice of these alterations once there were made.
The date noted for this 2nd revision is not accurate - the "Revised 1/18/2005" is the date noted for the first revision.

Yah. I noticed Microsoft updated their website. Oh, and BBC News did too. Actually, lots of websites I have nothing to do with keep changing stuff. Ooh! And my AVG people updated their license agreement. I must remember to come post a new thread here about it each time Tell me, if you keep beating the same dead horse in new threads every five minutes does it give it an extra few minutes of life or something? Or is it just to bore the shit out of us all with more of the same old drahma? We demand NEW drahma! Come on! Be inventive! Be Creative! Your world, Your imagination, Your personal drahma!

Basically to bore the shit out of you!
Figure it out - this is neither drama or a game.

Figure it out - this is neither drama or a game. Sure its both drama and a game. And you seem to be doing a lot to stir the drama pot and increase the game stakes just now. I preferred it when you were pretending to keep a dignified silence in public frankly. Sorry, btw, I prolly just rendered this thread useless now since your fanclub will surely arrive with flamethrowers

Give it a rest, Merwan.
You had your chance.

I think Merwan has every right to be frustrated by the tactics Apoth has been using. Here is an idea. Why don't all you critics go into business with Apo, and see how long it takes for him to screw you.

If you criticise the one guy, you must be in bed with the other. I don't know either of them. I have no real interest in SLExchange and whether it lives or dies. Sure, Merwan can be as frustrated as he likes. I am getting frustrated by all the mileage that everyone is trying to get out of it, though. So I said so. As is my right. All right?

I don't care who is screwing who and quite frankly, I'm getting sick and tired of hearing about it repeatedly. Take your little ball of drama ELSEWHERE please.

Ok, Merwan? I understand your frustration, and from what little I've seen of the dispute, I agree you probably have a valid complaint.
However, the forums are not the place to solve that dispute. Either get a lawyer, or let it go. If it's not worth the lawyer to you, then it's not worth it at all.

He has a right to come to the consumers to plead his case. We should be informed so we can make our own decision on if this is how we want SL business to be run and if we want to do business with someone who breaks contracts and rewrites ToS on a whim.
It is up to us to enforce good business practices by not frequenting business that don't operate with the highest standards.
