Cool things that can be done with notecards?

Hello all, I am starting to try to write a little book of some type in Second Life and am wondering what all can be done with notecards, like different colors and links to different parts of the notecard. Thanks

I've done quite a few things with notecards, as have others. You can put notecards withing notecards, that will appear almost like links, or chapters of a book. You can do this recursively. You can also put in textures and landmarks to locations withing Second Life. I've also written a script which searches through a certain line of notecards within and objects inventory for keywords.

Because I am not of a technology bent, I am afraid that my suggestion will be incomplete, but I have a object textured to look like a book. Notecards can be loaded into the book, and the titles will appear as a link in the 'Table of Contents.' I have loaded it with my in-world poetry (some of which is pretty god-awful ); however, the book, itself, is a nice facsimile of a rl book.

My book was a gift--I can easily ask how it was created/where it was purchased. Feel free to shoot me an IM, and I can find out for you.
