Ok all I got is this computer that is a 7 year old laptop with a wireless chip, a sibling's Gamecube and it's 400 games(spoiled brat) and an entire world outside my room. What would you do?

No... Load OpenBSD on the laptop AND go to the mall, then hunt down some wireless networks!

There are 400 games for the gamecube? Jesus.
If I had a 7 year old laptop I would load up my good old VGA games!
Anyone for a round of Dynablaster? One Must Fall 2097? Boy did that game ever kick Mortal Kombat's ass!
Heck, I would be happy with a 10 year old laptop let alone a 7 yr old one.
I still play a lot of VGA games these days... my favorite version of Civilization is still the 1989 one.

Ahhh.... I love Monkey Island, and all of those "Open" "Pick up" "Walk to" games...
