Check out CNN.
A JetBlue aircraft is currently dumping fuel and preparing for an emergency landing.
Apparently the landing gear would neither retract, nor deploy fully.
Let us hope for superior airmanship putting this plane down.

I suspect they will attempt landing with the gear as is.
The pilot will attempt to keep the nose high as possible during the reduction of speed.
There is a chance the gear may correct itself on touchdown, but it's also likely the gear will shear. Let's hope it shears clear of the fuselage and/or fuel tanks and the plane tracks straight down the runway.
