It's come to my attention from all the newbie help programs going on, we've totally overlooked an entire slice of SL society that desperately needs our help!
Griefers..
I mean there is NOWHERE for the newbie griefer to get a handle on things - get equipped - get a real start in SL griefing!
That's why I want to start the HELTER SHELTER program
A place where the fledgling griefer can go to get some explosive particle bombs, maybe an orbit script or two to get started.. learn the ins and outs of lag bombing, particle spewing, offensive avatars..
Hold classes on the most effective ways to piss people off... the possibilities are endless and you would be giving time to a much needed and overlooked cause.

hand them a HOG, point at a Linden, say "open target"
Problem solved, no more griefers.
(PS I do not advocate shooting Linden's, I just advocate removing stupidity and griefers)

I've just put up a sign near the newbie area that says:
"Please send all IM's to Siggy Romulus for fire bombs, smoke bombs, and smoking poo if you want to get in the harassment groove. No charge for weapons, and advanced poo training is available."
