I rent a part of an island that is tropical and apart from a spa and a bar and relaxed seating, see no need for a house.

Even when I owned my own land and put down a house, I never used it, preferring to sit out in the garden. In addition, I just don't see the point of having bathrooms, kitchens and dining rooms.

House?

Like Alexa, I don't own a house per se. I live in a cave and wouldn't have it any other way.
I too had a house when I first bought land but never spent any time inside it. My friends and I always met out on the deck or in the garden.

Kelly Brook, Halle Berry and Jennifer Lopez. Actually, I'm being greedy, one would suffice ;)

I put down custom--
The payment would be in my own time for making the textures & doing the prims- but for me that's where the fun is :D

As for spaces I favor- I like lots of green spaces- outdoor & indoor areas, tending towards sitting areas, bedrooms, balconies and the like. I see no need for bathrooms or kitchens in my own builds. I tend to spend equal time in & out, provided the indoor space is large enough to not struggle with the cameras too much.

When I build for others, this can turn out differently than I'd make for myself, of course, as my client's desires would then be the first order of business.

Sorry PetGirl, I would happily sit in the rain lol. I have been known to run out of my house in RL into the rain. Crazy but true.
