looking for a nice place to build?

Rose currently had two large land owners move out so now there is alot of building space. Im hoping someone that is activitly on will move in. I am on almost every night along with iron chef, petey a teal resident often vitisits, that small, and inge is on a few days a week. Hopefully someone moves on in soon, its lonely!

Hey I'm typically on every night (or most nights) but I'm a hermit and only hang out with Chef.

I'd also like to point out that Rose's object % is up to like 70% - I sure hope we dont start riding the edge up in the 90s. Whats the average % for other sims anyhow?
