Next to the Presidential election, CA's Prop 71 seems to be a big issue.
Anyone have a strong opinion one way or another?

What Prop 71 does:
Proposition 71 authorizes low-interest, tax-free state bonds that will provide an average of $295 million per year over a 10-year period to fund stem cell research by scientists at California universities and other advanced medical research facilities throughout the state.

Same here... unless there is a more generous alternative (you know, like if it was to replace a larger budget or something -- props can be confusing that way if you don't know what's currently in place -- as most dont').
This sort of research is critical to find solutions to many ailments we know about -- and don't know about.

I'm for it - I wish Florida would have something like that on their ballot. But it will never happen with Jeb Bush as govenor and the Florida Family Association as his back up.
