I would very much like to begin writing a history of SL's biggest tycoon... though I can't mention him/her by name, I know that we all know who I am talking about.

I'd like to detail the Avs SL beginnings, the rise to power, and the eventual total domination of the SL economy.

My interest in writing this book began a few days ago when I was talking with my friend Snowcrash Hoffman. It was fascinating to hear how the transformation began taking shape. There were many interesting exploits/stories/strategies used to rise to the top and I think it would be awesome to have some sort of history regarding this amazing feat.

What I would like to ask is that if there is anyone else out there who would like to help or who has stories / insights (was around during the rise of the empire) and would like to share if they would contact me.

Right now, my novel release date is 1 January 2006.

I'm... flattered. Really, I am. ;)

In all seriousness, though: It's actually probably a pretty interesting story, at least early on. Less so these days because the avatar you're talking about is now "manned" by multiple humans. Good luck, I wouldn't mind reading such a thing.

They're not exploits, they're "undocumented features".
