Id like to make a suggestion. "your world, your imagination" should be changed to "despite our BEST efforts, something unexpected ALWAYS goes wrong". I figure you may as well give people a taste of what they will see much of, if they join SL.

LOLEX... I have a big UNABLE TO CONNECT sign I carry around with me inworld and ride on, and shoot holes in (or so I'd like to believe). It's quite a piece of humor... but really, unexpected things go RIGHT here as well.
Heck, that whole up-and-down herkyjerky sequence just an hour ago seemed to have been addressed in RECORD TIME.
