ok I just started. Im a little scared that it made me tell my paypal account does this mean I will be paying for somthing cause I sighned up for the first basic free account so why did it need my paypal account? Also I've been playing the game its fun I really like it but I was wandering where is that Attack of the Show thing that they made that tower. This is how I found this game in the first place. Please tell me thanks.

Please tell me thanks. They need your paypal account or credit card to verify who you are. If you didn't need any details, whats to stop you making unlimited free accounts? You won't be billed unless you upgrade your account. I'm not sure what you mean by "attack of the show thing".. Could you elaborate a little? Welcome to SL _____________________

Ok thanks I thought I was going to have to pay for something after 7 days. The attack of the show thing uhh... well.. its a show that you probly havent heard of but its on G4tv and its called Attack of the Show and they found this game got on it and build a huge tower or something and I was just wanting to see it thats all. I got another question can you fight other people in this game as in kill them and can you get hurt flying around bumping into things.

The Attack of The Show area was taken down after the segment on G4.
 As for fighting, there are areas where you can have combat yes. You dont die, but you do have health points. When they reach 0 you are sent back to the place that is set to your home point, usually the Welcome Area for new residents. And no you don't get hurt for flying into buildings or things like that.  |

Welcome to Second Life, you Scamp.
There's some new combat areas, haven't checked them out yet myself. There are some notecards with suggestions of places to go called Pathfinder's Picks. Ask around and someone will give you some of those notecards. Checking out the places on those is not a bad approach to looking around SL at first. Hope you continue enjoying Second Life. |
