I was talking with another player yesterday who was in the welcome area when Ben(?) Linden blew it up. She saw everything getting blown away while she was playing Prim Attack, then got the board blown away in front of her eyes. She thought it was a terrorist attack or something by some random player and said she was traumatized for days. I explained things to her but I was cracking up  |

LOL... I'll always remember that day. I think it added color that so many of us were assembled there when Ben, in a dapper white suit, came to center stage and activated the explosions as a symbolic gesture of how the old WA would be destroyed and a new one put in its place. Certainly more colorful than just selecting and deleting, but I see how someone could be scared. I think it's a good sign that points to how SL has a deep effect on residents!  |
