The SL community owes a great deal to the makers of the LSL Wiki. A very large percentage of the scripted items inworld were written by folks who used the LSL Wiki to aid them in understanding the Linden Scripting Language. Kind words and gratitude are fine things, but you can't actually buy anything with them, so I'd like to express my appreciation of the efforts in a more tangible way by giving them a little Christmas present.
The Wiki gang is from I have been told primarily three people: Catherine Omega, Ezhar Fairlight, and Nada Epoch.
I'm giving each of them 5,000 lindens to show my appreciation for the service they have provided us all. I encourage anyone else who feels they have benefited from this trio's efforts to drop them a gift also.

 Seriously, the LSL Wiki is a nice piece of reference work; even somebody like me who tries to avoid scripting like the plague has used it at least once or twice. _____________________

I'll give them each L1666. It's a shame if they didn't get any compensation for the Wiki going onto the SL web site, because I think LL owes them quite a bit for their documentation and support work.

I have read the LSL wiki with my morning coffee and read it at home at lunch many a time. Not the whole thing, just parts of it.
I use it still pretty much every time I write a script and I use it to answer questions from folks on the USL group. I am hoping that the wiki may be taken back into non-SL control so it can be made to work properly once again. So here's my sincere thanks for their work, best wishes for the holidays, and five thousand linden smackeroos each for Catherine, Ezhar, and Nada. _____________________

I don't know scripting but Catherine Omega, Nada Epoch and to a much lesser extent Ezhar Fairlight do an outstanding job and should be applauded. Catherine and Nada display unprecedented innovation and ingenuity while Ezhar always makes sure they have fresh lemonade to help them through their day. Their seamless teamwork made for a whole that WAS INDEED greater than the sum of it's parts, even when compensating for the subtractive and humorous foibles known as the "Ezhar effect".
