I was able to log in without before too. I feel bad because the Lindens were asking me if I noticed a speed increase and I kept telling them no.  I thought they had done something server-side.

ahhh thank you.. I did try 3.3 well breifly before it locked... and it was only 1 min after login time... What I had a chance to try was great and reccomend it to all.. If only textures could go faster now...
