I'm planning on selling (or giving away) my news site because of my lack of use of Second Life, since I do not devote my time to SL I don't feel I should run a news site, however, I liked the news site I started, and thought maybe someone else could take it farther. :)

Purchaser would recieve:
-News.slmaki.com
-Entire PostNuke System with Theme
-Full Admin rights on their account
-Varioius blocks, Polls, Shoutbox, etc.
-Graphics, Name and Slogan
-Free email help from me if ever necessary
-Ability to make money off the site!

All that - already established!

I would be willing to let the buyer use a different URL and I would volunteer to remake the top image as it would fit with the new address, or by preference of buyer. However, I would prefer to leave the site intact on my network server, ivocore.com.

You can do whatever you want with it! I'm asking around L$2000, which isn't THAT bad, I'm willing to go lower or even for free if I don't recieve any offers, however. Email me - [email]maki@slmaki.com[/email], or simply reply.

Hey there maki Kato, this is caosyndrom Omega, id be more then happy to take over your site and maintain it to the highest standards, heres one i was working on for our older BF 1942 clan http://76th.tk , untill we changed names and servers. So i would like something to work on. Id be sure to try to update at least once a day, should my schedule permit. And i can even remake the top banner should the name change. Let me know asap so i could get working on it, i have some friends in SL who can help me with news. We'll talk money later. ;)
