A week ago I found a dollar on the street with a wheresgeorge.com rubberstamp on it! That is unusual because I am in Canada. lol It is sitting in a change dish instead of being tracked because I am too lazy to type a serial number (assuming that is how they track them).

Yea, I'm assuming that if someone doesn't turn it in for "x" amount of time they probably dump the information. Poor little George is probably tucked away in a wallet somewhere just waiting to be spent :)

I still track some and think it's kind of nifty.

The most successful software company in the world does a piss-poor job on all these points. Particularly the first three. Why do you expect Linden Labs to do any better?
Yes, it's true, I have a blog now!

I've found 5 of those bills so far... each one was the first entry for that number.

i've been holding one of these $1 in my wallet for.. a year or two? maybe more? it was given to me by a friend, who told me the story of how/where he acquired it.. but i can't remember the story! ACK! now i wait.. until i think to ask him what the situation was.. again.

always thought it was cool, just never bothered to start entering data..

..yet.

eventually i will though. :)

BTW

WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. But even that would suck, because who would want to listen to a whining wussy toaster? Is he gold plated? If that's the case he should just be melted down into gold ingots. Help the economy some, and stop being so damn useless you stupid bucket of bolts! R2 is 1,000 times more useful than your tin man ass, and he's shaped like a salt and pepper shaker FFS!
