I need a scripter!

Hey everyone. I am looking for someone to write me a menu driven house control system. There are a bunch out there, but not one has everything I'm looking for.

If there are any scripters out there that perhaps have a system that they'd be willing to mod a bit, or just start from scratch (granted I dont think thats necessary) please drop me a line in world or email.
