Easy Job for New Residents

Here's how it works: Your job is to post classified ads on the SL forums for the parcels I own. You should pick a specific parcel I own that looks like it might be pretty or popular and then make a write up for it and post it in the appropriate locations. Just one parcel per post per day and every day you must post about a different parcel. You should customize the classified for each parcel also. No cookie cutter postings.

You'll get paid L$50 for every day that you make a post. No spamming, or posting multiple times in the same forum or posting in inappropriate forums is allowed. You should restrict your posts to only the official SL forums.

If someone rents a parcel you advertised and mentions your post then you'll get a bonus of L$1 per prim. i.e. if you advertise a 512sqm parcel with 117 prims and someone comes to me, rents it and mentions your forums post then you get an extra bonus of L$117. Note, there's no bonus if it's a mainland parcel that someone buys.

Obviously you should be a competent writer in whatever language you choose to write your classified ads in (doesn't have to be English). Anyone found to be writing a bunch of crappy unreadable posts will be fired of course, I'll be writing scripts to monitor the forums to make sure there's no funny business.

So, as I understand it, this job basically entails writing a summary (somewhat of a teaser) and advertising it on these forums?

Different parcels each time. I think two or three posts a day on the appropriate forums wouldn't be unreasonable. We have a lots of parcels.

Incredibly this position is still available. A few people have done the job for a day or two but then vanished which is totally cool. No training required so it doesn't matter if you only want to do it once or make it a long term role.

Follow the instructions in the first post and you're almost guaranteed to be hired. Try to write something a bit decent though, you know, use adjectives and stuff. If you need inspiration check out existing postings for parcels on the forums and just copy the style.
