or Impressione Tribeca, I don't want to post a name as I don't want to break any rules here, but if any SL builders are approached know this: You will be the third builder. I and one before me both built for this woman...my build was quite extensive and complete (just waiting for her to decide on getting a sim) when she decided she would not be using it and returned it all. And I didn't get paid! Neither did the person before me....so, I strongly suggest that you say "money up front" before you put one prim anywhere! Wish I had *grumbles*
And the build was beautiful btw - it really was - I have pics!

my methods for dealing with people like this.
build the item that they request but do not give it to them if they do not pay.
I work with respectable land owners liek the people of the steampunk community and soon to be the chibi world and teddy land.

I always get 50% in advance for projects. If they can't pay that then they can't pay the rest!....
Due to my noseyness I'm going to come oggle at some of your builds Grace.
