Many Positions Available.

Hello, My name is Skylar Woodford.

Let me start off by saying, In the near future (2weeks) I will be buying my own land, And developing Condos/Apartments/Townhomes/Rowhomes etc. on this land and renting each unit out.

As you may know now, This is a huge job, And It will need alot of help- So I am looking for the following types of people.

- Property Managers
- Builders
- Officers (Basicaly like police)
- Developers
- Advertisers
- Real Estate agents
- Investors

I use the last term very strictly- All you would need to do is donate X amount of L$ and recieve a profit each month when rent is paid. (10k gets you 1.5k/month- 20k gets you 2.5k/month and so on.)

Property Managers:
I need someone strict- Knows the the covenant off by heart, Can instantly tell someone where such and such is- And most of all- KNOWS HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL.
You will make sure my property is running smooth at all times, Make sure all tenants obide by the rules- Pay their rent on time, And get along.

Builders:
This pretty much says it- Build. (must show your own work)

Officers:
You must be strong, You cannot be pushed around- If there is a disturbance you MUST investigate and take action- If tenants dont pay their rent- The PM will inform you- You will give eviction notices.

Developers:
I need help making my land big! Well known and money making! Do you own land? Where? how much profit do you get? Do you break even? explain! You are incharge of LOTS OF MONEY! I will give you X amount of dollars- You must invest it to make my property THRIVE! (must show your developing work, or screen shots of profits)

Advertisters:
MAKE ADDS! BILLBOARDS! SIGNS! FLYERS! Make sure people know about us! Make sure we allways have new pictures for our adds.

Real Estate Agent:
You will sell the commercial property- Make sure a good business is going in, Make sure the land is SOLD OUT! We want all plots rented at all times! Make sure you sell these plots to the best of your ability! Try and get them to pay as much rent AS POSSIBLE at the time.
(must show your estate agent work)

Investors:
Invest in my land- I will make you money! The more you invest- The more your getting in return each month! I will keep paying you until im ready to move on! You could be getting 5k PER MONTH! FOR YEARS! you dont even have to work!

Property managers get a FREE apartment/condo/rowhome etc. To live in while they work for me! This is FREE land. Wouldnt you like a free home just to keep the place in order?

All other employees get a discount if they choose to rent with us.

I NEED CUSTOM SIGNS! Can you help? You must also design me a logo and send it to me in hotmail (as a Pdf file) so i can look it over. You would need to make small to large signs.
