When looking for a place to call home (as in for you business) what would you look for ? Or if you was looking for the perfect place to set up a second shop what would you want ?

nice location thats easy to spot. Lots of foot traffic, also a spot where people will clearly see your establishment. Of course the location can only do so much you still need to have a fresh, unique building that attracts shoppers and has stuff organized so the shopper can find exactly what they working for in a timely manner.

These days i do not see how location matters when people build at 600m-4000m unless you have to go with a Mall Sim or some setup like that.

well you would not want ur business necessarily on a new SIM you would want an established SIM that already has good foot traffic.
