Are you looking for a one time investor or for somebody who will pay your costs every month ?
When i read your message I have the impression that you are looking for somebody who will pay your costs and gets nothing in return.

Well, I guess I did phrase it to sound like you would get nothing in return. But we would be willing to give you rights to any land purchased, we would give you a 20% cut of all revenue that comes in, and you would have free rights to make decisions for the company and use the land as you please (as long as it would not majorly disturb the company). We also would intend on paying you back once the business is up and running and all of our services would be free for the investor. But we need help with paying tier, buying buildings and furniture, and paying staff. Atleast this is what we will need for now, but as the business is up and running we would no longer need you to help pay staff wages and we would be able to buy buildings and furniture as needed. The only things we would really need help with paying is tier and occasionaly other small fees that would come about. If you would like to talk to me in-world feel free to IM me anytime!  |
