Business Opportunity/Partnership/Investment

I'm possibly looking for a business venture to direct my time and resources to.
I've recently sold my remaining real estate and rental sims and I'm looking for a new opportunity to arise.
I have experience in photography/photoshop, land sales/real estate, business and residential rentals and management.
