PR & Event Manager @ Rosa Nox Noctis
Rosa Nox Noctis, an up-and-coming D/s and BDSM sim is seeking a PR & Event Manager to help get the gears rolling. We need someone with the time, skills, and the energy to aid us in everything from getting the word out to setting up and overseeing special events at the sim.
About Us:
Rosa Nox Noctis is, as we said above, a D/s and BDSM community sim that specializes in offering a safe, open-minded atmosphere for people to just be themselves. We also offer free educational classes and discussion groups on a variety of topics, and have many member-only benefits such as play areas, a pool and spa area, a game room and library, a club area, our classroom and shopping districts, and other such amenities. We welcome those of all genders and orientations and allow all avatar types as well.
The ideal candidate for this position:
* Is at least 6 months old in Second Life
* Is 18+ years old in real life
* Is age verified in Second Life
* Has RL and SL experience in marketing, PR and management
* Has experience with and is open to BDSM and D/s
* Is fluent in English
* Is well-spoken (types well with excellent grammar, capitalization and punctuation)
* Has enough time to perform their duties of the job effectively
* Has the energy to get the job done and done well
* Has no other conflicting jobs in Second Life
* Is both give and take constructive criticism well
* Is outgoing, energetic and willing to take a hand in changing Nox for the better
* Is very open-minded
Job Responsibilities:
* Create a marketing, PR & staff budget
* Interview, hire & oversee all host/hostess, PR, sales & marketing staff
* Set-up and manage all non-educational events
* Handle all PR- & marketing-related functions (getting the word out, advertising, etc)
Job Benefits:
* This is a paid part-time position that pays based on performance; the better you do, the better you will be paid.
* A hired candidate will get $L1000 per week to start with the potential for a raise to $L2000 per week after two weeks of proven good performance. (There will be monthly reviews to determine future raises based on performance.)
* The PR & Event manager can also earn tips at events and will get an extra payment of $L150 per hour of events they host as well as oversee.
* The PR & Event manager must run at least 2 events per week and be present on the sim a minimum of 10 hours per week in order to stay employed.
