There is already a Spunky Monkey Club in the Moonlight sim that has been there for over 6 months (since i have known about it). And from looking at the logo for your mall, i see no relation to the original and still standing Spunky Monkey Club.
You may wish to use search ALL to see that the Spunky Monkey Club has like 259 group members and is also the very first listing for "Spunky Monkey Club" in the search ALL directory.
