I am looking to get the word of mouth out that my sims are cheaper and very great land. I keep the Griefers and Rule Breakers out, but I pretty laid back. I will except all staff members to do someone in the lines of their spot.
*when all of rentable spots are filled like my Mall and land, Each Staff member (Based on how many sims I have and how many active staff I have is how much you get)
**once I have enough sims I will be having void and non-void staff only sims for my staff to do whatever they want within this sim, invite anyone into the sim that are their friends.
