I would suggest: Try from little, then see if you can get bigger.

Firefighter,
As a seasoned entrepeneur and financial analyst in RL, I'd like to offer you some sound advice to get your projects and vision underway.
First of all, you want a sound business plan. You want something you can present to potential investors, partners, etc. Sometimes entrepreneurs can keep all of their good ideas in their head and to them, they have the next best thing. But its hard to explain to someone else what you have to say or offer. Try writing a coherent business plan and proposing that to potential investors instead of cold calling on these forums.
Second, you need to be willing to invest some of your own capital. I do not know any investor or businessman who will simply assume all the risk in a partnership. Afterall, why then would they need you? They could find someone else or do it on their own.
Once those two pieces of advice are followed, I think you'll better position yourself to approach potential savers of capital and request their assistance.
All the best, and if you need any consulting or advice please feel free to contact me within Second Life.
Cheers!
