What's the commission, the houses needed to be sold (By whatever deadline), rules and restrictions, and the requirements? If the deadline is reasonable, the commission is good ((More like decent, I don't need TOO much, just a little)), and you lay down the rules on what's an acceptable offer, then sign me up man.
